I’m a transformation executive who helps organizations turn complex business challenges into scalable products, platforms, and operating models. My work has spanned healthcare, digital media, marketplaces, enterprise software, and venture-backed startups.

I began my career in consulting, leading global pricing, analytics, and data transformation initiatives at @PROS.

Since then, I’ve helped scale and modernize technology platforms for PE- and VC-backed companies including @SleepDr, @RigUp, and @RedVentures. Along the way, I’ve led M&A diligence, built HIPAA-compliant healthcare platforms, navigated cybersecurity incidents, and helped organizations use data and technology as strategic advantages—not just operational tools.

Most recently, I co-founded @FigID, a healthcare infrastructure startup focused on verified health data and consumer-controlled health credentials. The experience reinforced my passion for building products, working alongside founders, and bringing ideas from concept to execution.

I hold both a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, graduating summa cum laude, and have completed executive programs through Harvard & MIT.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela. Spent most of my career in Texas. Currently based in Key Biscayne with my wife and two kiddos.
